As a first time client, you will have the opportunity to schedule a virtual meet-and-greet with our founder.

What is the process like?
Contact Us
Reach out to us during our office hours via phone or email or submit a booking request online and we will get you setup and walk you through the process! We like to connect with our clients and contacting us directly will allow us to get to know each other and make sure we can best provide for your needs.
Setup Your Account
By setting up an account, you'll have the ability to book us via call, text, email, or online through our website. We will save all of your relevant pet details, contact information, sitter preferences, and payment information to make booking with us as simple and reliable as possible!
Schedule Your First Booking
Once you're all setup, you're free to book any services with us via the method of your choosing. We pride ourselves on our quick response time and will have you booked and ready to go within 24 hours of your request.
Meet-and-Greet with Founder
We will schedule a phone/video call between you and our founder. She is 100% dedicated to making sure you and your pets are comfortable. This call will take place via Zoom and she will be able to answer any and all of your questions about working with us.

Meet Your Sitter
Once you're matched with the perfect sitter, they will come to meet you and your pets free of charge! Our sitters are all animal lovers and we believe that your pet's comfort and safety are the number one priority. It is important to us that both you and your pets feel at ease with your sitter before they come to stay.
