You will meet with our founder over a 15-minute video call to discuss your needs and she will personally make sure you are matched with the best sitter for you!

First time clients are required to attend this 15-minute video call with our founder prior to scheduling an additional 30-minute meet-and-greet with your assigned sitter.

Returning clients can book an in-person meet-and-greet directly with your sitter before any stay to go over any changes, new pet needs, requirements, or rules as needed.
